October 6th - Turkey Breast and Pepperoni Sandwich (WW Bread, Mayonnaise and Cucumbers) with yogurt
October 8th - Macaroni & Cheese with yogurt
October 13th - Meatballs and Rice (Carrots and Peas) with yogurt
October 15th - Turkey and Cheese Sandwich ( WW Bread, Mayonnaise) with fruit
October 20th - Chicken, Rice & Corn Bowl with fruit
October 22nd - Turkey, Pepperoni & Cheese Sandwich (WW Bread, Mayonnaise and Cucumbers) with yougurt
